Java Java Everywhere – All Things Coffee and Machines!Blog posts Organic whole bean coffee | Java Java Everywhere

Hi, everyone! And thank you for checking out my first blog post! As a typical middle-class coffee consumer, my taste in coffee varies between ‘budget but delicious’ and ‘pamper myself with pricey’ coffees. Same with machines, grinders, etc. But we will get into all that in time.

Organic Coffee Qualities

Let’s be clear: I am not an “all-organic” person. I try to eat organic when I can, but by far it is not all the time, unfortunately. I wish it was more. Coffee beans are one of the most heavily-pesticided foods there are, and that’s why I try to go organic with coffee when I can. Especially since I love to drink coffee! Organic coffee is grown without the use of pesticides, fertilizers, and is non-GMO. There are also health benefits to organic coffee such as being free from chemicals that harm the body, environmental advantages, and many claims it has superior taste over regular coffee. I personally cannot taste the difference, but who knows?  (I’m also someone who cannot taste tasting notes in coffee to save my life, lol!)

Reasonable pricing

Simply Nature Organic whole bean coffee

The organic whole bean coffee I am going to write about today comes from Aldi. It is their “Simply Nature Fair Trade Organic Single Origin Whole Bean Coffee” and you get the choice of picking the beans from either Peru or Honduras. Both are incredibly delicious! Both are also Fair Trade, which means that it was developed in safe-working conditions and meets sustainability and labor standards that you can feel good about supporting. All good things! About 9 months or so ago, a nice-sized vacuum-sealed bag of this whole bean coffee had cost just over $3.00. Can you even believe it? However, due to price increases on – well, EVERYTHING! – it jumped to just over $6.00 at the time of this blog post. Still a great deal! You can’t beat it. So for those of you that have an Aldi near you, run!!! You will not regret it. Grind it just before brewing, and you can thank me later!!

In Conclusion

In conclusion, organic whole bean coffee is a great choice for coffee lovers. It offers a superior taste experience, health benefits, environmental advantages, and ethical considerations. By choosing organic whole bean coffee, you are supporting sustainable farming practices and helping to protect the planet. So, the next time you’re looking for a great cup of coffee, consider trying organic whole bean coffee. Your body will thank you. I personally have to work on eating more organic than I do. But….starting with a delicious cup of organic whole bean coffee in the morning is a great start!!
